In cooperation with the brand, We Are Fashion Talents are thoroughly introduced to the company's value proposition, products, current distribution, company history in the market, and other relevant information. This in order to communicate the brand in the best possible way to the right agents/distributors.
We Are Fashion Talents will be assigned a fixed contact person at the brand in relation to being able to answer and communicate any specific questions in the process.
Brand & Values
A roadmap/timeline for the agent/distributor search is established. This can focus on a single market or several relevant markets simultaneously.
Timeline
We review our large international network and search the market for the right agent/distributor. We contact most relevant candidates and set up 1st meetings with the possible agent/distributors to discuss options and possibilities.
Search
We review and evaluate the agents' network and capacity and ensure a match between these and the brand's ambitions and objectives. During this process we challenge both the brands and the agents and distributors.
Evaluation
Zoom/team meetings are set up for a short presentation of potential agents/distributors. .
First Intro
A meeting is arranged with the selected agent(s)/distributor(s) to review the collection etc. and discuss potential collaboration. (The meeting may be held online).
Brand presentation
If there is mutual chemistry and confidence in a good cooperation, we negotiate and draw up the final cooperation agreement together with the company and the agent/distributor.
