The first step is a meeting where we clarify the company's needs in relation to the position in question, including the profile the company is looking for. We discuss what is expected of the employee and what talents/skills are important. This meeting is a crucial part of the process in finding the right employee. 

It's important that the candidate's desired profile interacts optimally with the profile´s immediate manager's own competencies and expectations. This is where personality tests come in handy.
We are certified in TT38 and DISC analysis. We suggest that both the immediate manager and the candidate are subjected to a personality test.

We Identify Your Needs

We search the market thoroughly and use our internal candidate box with potential candidates. Our big advantage is that we primarily work in the fashion and lifestyle segment, this has over a long career given us a strong network in this particular segment.

This also means that we are often contacted by talented candidates who proactively want to explore opportunities to progress in their careers. Among other things, it is these dynamics that make us different from other recruitment and headhunting companies. We are a part of the industry !

Search and Interviews

After presenting the candidates, it is up to the company to decide which candidates they want to proceed with, but we contribute and challenge in the process both in terms of analyzing a possible match, as well as obtaining relevant references.

Candidate Selection

After the employment, we are available for a follow-up conversation about how things are going after the start of the cooperation, and we are happy to assist in a successful onboarding process.
